Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 2026
This policy explains what information Premia LLC, a New Jersey limited liability company ("Premia," "we," "us"), collects, why we collect it, and what we do with it. It applies to the Premia website and to our consulting services.
Premia serves clients in the United States only.
1. Information We Collect
Information you give us directly.
- Contact and scheduling information. Name, email address, phone number, business name, and anything you include when you book a consultation or email us.
- Engagement information. Business spending summaries, expense categories, the financial tools and accounts you use, current card setup, spending preferences, travel plans and goals, and general information about your business.
Providing engagement information is entirely optional. You can work with us without it. It produces a more precise analysis, which is the only reason we ask.
Information we do not collect and will not accept.
We do not ask for and will not knowingly accept account credentials, passwords, one-time passcodes, full credit card numbers, bank account or routing numbers, Social Security numbers, or credit report access. If you send any of this, we will delete it and ask you to change the credential. We have no reason to hold it and no interest in doing so.
Information collected automatically.
Our website may collect standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, and referring site, through basic analytics. This is used to understand site traffic, not to identify you individually.
Payment information.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Stripe collects your payment details directly. We never see or store your full card or bank details. We receive only confirmation that a payment succeeded, along with the name and email associated with it.
2. How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Deliver the services you purchased, including preparing your analysis and recommendations
- Schedule and conduct consultations
- Communicate with you about your engagement
- Process payments and keep business records
- Improve our services, frameworks, and comparison research
- Send occasional marketing communications, which you can opt out of at any time
- Meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with credit card issuers, banks, data brokers, or advertisers. We do not use it for advertising targeting.
3. Anonymized Use of Results
We may use the results of client engagements in anonymized or aggregated form in marketing materials, case studies, and conversations with prospective clients. This means figures such as value added, spend patterns, industry, and business size, stripped of anything that identifies you.
We will not use your name, your business name, or any identifying detail without your separate written permission. Email us if you would prefer we not reference your engagement at all.
4. Who We Share Information With
We share information only with service providers who help us operate, and only as needed:
| Provider | Purpose | | --- | --- | | Stripe | Payment processing | | Calendly | Consultation scheduling | | Google Workspace | Email, document storage, and file sharing | | Notion | Client records and engagement notes | | Website hosting and analytics providers | Operating the site |
Each of these providers has its own privacy policy governing how it handles data. We may also disclose information where required by law, in response to valid legal process, to protect our rights, or in connection with a sale or reorganization of the business.
We use AI tools to assist with research, analysis, and drafting. Where we do, we work with de-identified or business-level information rather than personal identifiers wherever practical.
5. How We Store and Protect It
Client information is stored in access-controlled accounts on the platforms listed above, protected by strong authentication. We limit what we collect and how long we keep it.
No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. This is a further reason we do not accept credentials or account numbers.
6. How Long We Keep It
We keep engagement information for the duration of your engagement and for a reasonable period afterward, to support ongoing advisory work, to answer follow-up questions, and to meet tax and business record obligations. Typically this is [seven] years for financial records and less for working notes.
You may ask us to delete your information at any time. We will do so unless we are required to keep it by law.
7. Your Choices
You may:
- Ask what information we hold about you
- Ask us to correct anything inaccurate
- Ask us to delete your information, subject to legal retention requirements
- Opt out of marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link or by emailing us
- Decline to provide engagement information, and still work with us
Depending on your state of residence, you may have additional rights under state privacy law. Email matt@findpremia.com and we will honor any right that applies to you. We will not treat you differently for exercising one.
8. Cookies
Our website may use cookies and similar technologies for basic functionality and analytics. Most browsers let you refuse cookies or alert you when one is set. Refusing them may affect how parts of the site work.
9. Children
Our services are for business owners and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If we learn we have, we will delete it.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date will change, and material changes affecting active clients will be communicated by email.
